Usually, it is a monthly session, but as the group of interested people moves, we adapt.

We hold the session in any weather.

The duration of the session depends on the chosen hiking trail, usually a minimum of 3 hrs should be reserved, allowing enough time for meaningful breakthroughs and lasting shifts.
The investment in yourself is 15 CHF per session, a contribution to your own healing, growth, and self-discovery.
